Set Transmitter TX and RX frequency and PL the same. Do the same for the Receiver TX, RX, and PL. To have PL and PTT work correctly, set FPU Radio Function input port A11 to EXT PTT, set FPU Radio Function output port A01 to TOR, and do this in both transmitter and reciever.

The 6db Gain Amplifer on the URI is required for proper Allstar Network audio levels, if you do not modify jumps R640 and R641. To use this amplifier, an external 12 volt power source must be connected to pin 25 and ground to pin 13. Install an external jumper on connector J1 from pin 22 to the amplifier's input on pin 24. The boosted audio output is then taken from pin 12.

Audio levels in Simple-USB-Tune should be menu #2 850 and menu #3 100 as a starting point.
